The EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 provides for the safety of the person and other
subject with respect to the processing of personal data.
According to the appointed norm, the processing will be based on the principals of propriety, lawfulness, transparency, and the
protection of personal privacy and right.
In order to let AGRITURISMO DA ZEFFI - AZIENDA AGRICOLA DE MENEGHI ROMEO to fully discharge its duty, the personal
information necessary to fulfill the contractual relationship establish/ to be established shall be provided from You.
Under articles 13 e 14 of The EU regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016, thus, regarding the
processing of Your data that will be carried out by us, we are honored to provide You the following information:
1. Propulse of the processing
Your personal data, from you freely provided and from us acquired, will be processed fairly and lawfully for the provision of services and
the supply of products that our Society offer to its Clients.
Your data will be processed for aims related to the management of ordinary contractual and commercial relationship and, precisely, for
keeping the accounts, billing and managing the creditor as well as for the complying all the obligation provided under the current
legislation.
In detail Your Data will be processed for:
A. Purpose of the mandatory processing:
1. comply to the requirement provided in article 109 of the regulation 18.6.1931 n. 773, that impose to us to register and
communicate to the Authority of Public Safety the generalities of the Custer housed;
2. fulfill to the current administrative, accounting and fiscal obligation.
B. Purpose of the voluntary processing related to the service:
1. submit promotional tenders on our services and updates on the tariffs and on the offer provided as well as wishes through fax,
mail or email;
2. Perform the duties of external communication of the data related to Your stay exclusively to allow the function of receiving
objects, messages, and calls to You addressed. This may occur only based on the demonstration of an explicit consent.
2. Modality of processing
The data will be mainly processed with manual, electronic, informatic and telematic devises with logics strictly correlated to the purpose
above mentioned and will be memorized on computer storage media and on any other type of adequate support with respect to the
measures of safety provided by the legislative decree of The EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated
April 27, 2016.
3. Mandatory or voluntary nature of the conferral of data and the consequences of a potential refusal to answer
Under articles 13 e 14 of The EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016, we make clear
that the potential refusal to provide the data, when the information are gathered, may imply the objective impossibility for our society to
comply partially or fully to the obligation of the law and/or of the contract related to the contractual obligation established/ to be
established and thus that the relationship may not be validly established and/or carried on.
4. Communication of the data to third parties
1. Your data may be acknowledged and processed by the controller of the processing, by the processor of the processing
potentially appointed, in addition to the authorized of the internal processing specifically appointed, that will in any case be
bound by the professional secrecy and by strict confidentiality.

above mentioned and in particular to the following categories of subjects:

activities of debt collection;
4. from/to Entities, Traders, Societies or Consortiums that provide to our Society advices and/or elaborative services or that
carry out activities related to the one of our Society and in detail from our lawyers and advisor on the issue.
5. from/to Public Authorities and Administration for the purpose connected to the fulfillment of legal requirements;
6. from/to social security public and private entities to which the transfer of Your data is necessary to carry out the activities of
our Company in relation to the fulfilment, from us, of the contractual/commercial obligation towards You
7. from/to Banks, financial Institute or other subjects to whom the transfer of your data is necessary in order to carry out the
activity of our company in relation to the fulfilment, from us, of the contractual/commercial obligation regarding your interests;
8. from/to subject to whom the faculty to access to personal data is recognized by the law or by secondary or communitarian
norms, as well as by specific contracts and agreements specifically subscribed;

9. from/ to subjects to whom the communication of the personal data is necessary or functional to the fulfillment of the
contractual requirements established.
5. Data dissemination
Personal data are not subject to dissemination.
6. Foreign data transfer
Your data, if it becomes necessary, may eventually be exported, under the current legislation, towards Countries belonging to the
European Union, if the transfer is necessary to carry out obligation originated from ongoing relations.
Besides, if necessary, your data may be eventually exported, under the current legislation, to a third Country. In that case the third
Country will in any case be a state for which exists an adequacy decision of the Commission.
7. Length of data storage
Your data will be processed for the entire length of the contractual relation and in any case until the end of the procedure under which
has been acquired and will in any case be stored for five years from the last processing for purposes related or instrumental to the
activity carried out by the Agency, and in particular for accounting reasons, namely for a decade (ten years) for needs of proof and
documentation for tributary/fiscal issue, excluding every possible use for personal reasons and every possible use in conflict with the
Client and without prejudice to any other relevant legal provision.
8. Right to access to personal data and other rights [articles 15-22 of The EU regulation 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016]
The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirm of the existence or not of personal data to him/her related, even if not yet
registered, and of their communication in intelligible form.
The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication of: the origin of his/her personal data, of the purpose and modality of
processing, of the logistic applied in case the processing is carried out thanks to electronic instruments, of the identification details of the
controller of the processing, of the processor and representative eventually appointed, of the subjects or category of subjects to whom
personal data may have been communicated or that may occur in them as representative appointed in the territory of the State, of
processor appointed.
The person concerned has the right to obtain: the update; the correction, as well as when interest occurs, the integration of data, the
cancelation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the concerned data in violation of the law, included those whose
conservation is not mandatory in relation to the objectives for which the data have been gathered and subsequently processed; the
certification that the operation requested have been acknowledged, even for what concerns their content, of who to which the data have
been communicated or spread, except the case whose fulfillment reveals to be impossible or implies a use of means explicitly
disproportionate to the right protected.
The person concerned has the right to oppose fully or partially, for legitimate reasons to: the processing of personal data that regard
him/her, if related to the scope of the gathering; to the processing of the personal data that regard him/her for the deployment of
advertisement or direct sell material or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication
9. Disclosure, eventual consensus, modification or withdraw of consensus and their effect
In case of conclusion of many legal acts the concerned disclosure and the eventual presentation of consensus are considered valid
even for the following legal acts
It is always possible for the person concerned, in any moment, modify or withdraw with the same modality with which has been released
the eventual consensus and/or the consensus once occurred.
The withdraw of the consensus does not undermine the liceity if the processing based on the consensus before the withdraw.
10. Possibility of reporting and/or complain to the Supervisor for the protection of personal data.
If the person concerned considers that a violation of the discipline regarding protection of personal data has occurred in any moment
has the possibility to report and/or complain to the Supervisor for the protection of personal data using which of the following modality
